| Computer-Generated
Artwork and Email Requirements |
If computer
generated artwork is submitted the following conditions must
be met or additional charges will apply. Using correct
computer generated artwork helps avoid extra
charges.
Artwork is accepted in Macintosh compatible
programs:
• Quark Xpress (preferred) • Adobe
Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop
Only on the following
Macintosh compatible disk media:
• 3.5" Floppy Disks •
100MB Zip Disks • Jaz Disks • CD Rom
• Document size
should be the same size as finished ad size.
• Any text
documents should be saved as Word Documents, 5.1 for
Macintosh.
• All emailed artwork should have the name of
the actual customer, the date(s) for the ad to run, and the
name of the ad rep.
• If the file is large, please compress
using the Stuffit program.
• All photos must have a
resolutions of at least 250 dpi and saved in a tiff format. If
the photo is of a property, you must include the address of
the property (street name and number)
• All copy, images
and product dimensions must be 100% tru to size and output
ready.
• All printer and screen font typsetting files used
must be included on the disk with the artwork submission. If
fonts cannot be supplied, all type must be changed to paths
and curves.
• All camera ready ads must be submitted with a
hard copy of the ad. If the ad is 4-color, please submit paper
separations. Full color laser proofs are encouraged for any
4-color process ad. | |
