for in advance until credit has been established.

Statements are sent at the end of the month and are due within
30 days of billing.
• A cash in advance discount of 5% will

Proofs and Deadlines |
| • Advertising in The
Real Estate Weekly must be directed to the buying and
selling real estate public. The following are welcome to
advertise in the Weekly. Real estate agents,
brokerages, developers, and affiliates (mortgage companies,
title and escrow companies, builders and log home
contractors). The Park Record retains the right to
determine and advertiser's suitability for the publication. |
• Reserve ad space and submit ad changes before noon on Wednesday, the week before publication.
• Final proofs must be completed by 3:00pm Thursday, the week before publication.
• Completed ads must be submitted by noon on Friday, the week before publication. |
| Software and File Requirement |
| • We run a Macintosh platform and accept Quark Express, Illustrator and PhotoShop files. Indesign, CS or CS2 PDFs are accepted. Photos need to be a minimum of 300 dpi for color and 200 dpi for black and white. |
| Open House
Listing |
| • Any real
estate agent who is a member of The Park City Board of
Realtors can advertise on the Open House / Map page located in
the center of the publication. The Open House forms are
available at The Park Record office or by asking your
sales representative. Completed forms must be received by 5
p.m. on Tuesday. The listings are free to those on contract.
Without a contract, listings are $25
each. |
